1. How are the stamps posted?
   Postage is by first class delivery (or first class recorded delivery for higher values). The vast majority or orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.
2. How are payments made?
   Payments are made through Paypal. Once you have selected your stamps, simply follow the Paypal procedure for an easy and secure transaction.
3. What is your “No quibble guarantee”?
   This allows you to return the stamps for any reason in exchange for a full refund, no questions asked.
4. Can anyone order?
   Yes anyone can order with a credit or debit card.
5. What are 1st and 2nd Class stamps worth?
   These stamps are known as NVI's (no value indicated) and are valid for whatever the basic postage rates are for 1st class and 2nd class respectively. They are not time dated and will always be valid for the current rate however long ago they were purchased and irrespective of the colour or design. For current values see here. 6. Can I use NVI's (marked 2nd and 1st or 2nd Large and 1st Large) for any other purpose?
   NVI's may be used as part payment on any item to any country provided the full cost of postage is paid. For current values see here.
